• Created documentation such as white papers, datasheets, use cases, and event collateral that increased the BDR team’s success in acquiring new customers and retaining existing clients year-round

• Made presentation designs for both external & internal use by the marketing leadership team at both international events/conferences and at SAP internal events and meetings with the C-suite leadership

• Designed and built trade show/conference booth graphics for SAP Customer Experience LIVE in  Orlando, FL, London, Munich, & Dubai

• Building web assets for the SAP Customer Experience website and global social media campaigns to promote SAP events, rankings in global technology analysis reports from Kuppingercole, and new product and feature launches in different regions like EMEA and APJ
